Tortillas with Avocado Dipping Sauce

Prep: 25 Minutes | Cook Time: 15 Minutes | Makes: 4 Servings
Ingredients
10 Eggs, beaten
4 Large tortillas
6 ounces of Cream Cheese
10 bacon slices, cooked
½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1 teaspoon of cumin Powder
¼ teaspoon of Paprika Powder
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons of Butter
Avocado Dipper Ingredients
1/3 cup Heavy Cream
¼ cup sour Cream
1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice
2 Large Avocado
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
1 dill pickle, Chopped
Directions
- Mix all the Avocado dipper ingredients in a bowl and set them aside for later use.
- Take a non-stick pan and cook the Eggs in Butter to make a scramble.
- Season the Eggs with Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika Powder, and cumin Powder.
- Layer the tortilla with Cream Cheese, and top each tortilla with one bacon slice.
- Divide Egg scramble between the tortillas.
- Top tortillas with Cheese and then place it in the Air Fryer seam side down.
- Turn on the Air Fryer to 400 Degrees F
- Set time to 15 Minutes.
- Flip it halfway through.
- Once done, Serve with Avocado dipper.
- Enjoy!
