Ingredients
1 pound cod fillet
1/4 cup Flour
1 organic Egg
1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
Black Pepper, to taste
Cooking Oil for greasing
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2 teaspoons Paprika
Directions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer at 450 Degrees Fahrenheit for 5 Minutes.
  2. Add Flour into a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk the Egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the left ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  5. Now coat the Fish with Flour.
  6. Then dip the Fish in the Egg mixture and the Panko mixture.
  7. Cook the Fish for 5 Minutes.
  8. Flip and cook the Fish for another 5 Minutes.
  9. Repeat with the same process for the remaining Fish.
  10. The crispy Fish stick is now ready to Serve.
