2 pounds pork Belly, patted dry

½ cup maple Syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 Degrees F (204 Degrees C) for a few Minutes.
  2. Take a knife and slice the pork Belly into 1-inch Pieces patting it dry.
  3. In a bowl, Whisk all remaining ingredients.
  4. Add the pork Belly Pieces to it, and coat it well.
  5. Cook pork Belly in the Air Fryer for 20 Minutes at 400 Degrees F (204 Degrees C).
  6. Baste the pork Belly every 5 Minutes with leftover liquid in the bowl.
  7. Once cooked, Serve.
  8. Enjoy!
