Ingredients
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning:
1 teaspoons Salt
¾ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Ground cloves
1/3 cup Shredded Coconut
4 tablespoons White Sugar
3 ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
1/2 tablespoon Ground allspice
1/2 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
½ teaspoons cayenne Pepper, or to taste
3 ½ teaspoons Dried thyme, crushed
Other ingredients
Mango salsa 2 mangoes, peeled, seeded, and Chopped
½ (16 ounces) can Black beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup finely Chopped Red Onion
1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable Oil
1/2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh cilantro
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons Fresh lime Juice
1 tablespoon Honey
Directions

  1. Mix all Jamaican jerky seasoning in a small bowl.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer to 350 Degrees F (187 Degrees C) for a few Minutes.
  3. Use the skewers, thread pork chunks to it.
  4. Brush the Pork with Oil and Jerk seasoning.
  5. Add it to the Air Fryer basket.
  6. Cook it for 10 Minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145 Degrees F.
  7. In a medium bowl, combine all the mango salsa ingredients and mix.
  8. Serve it with skewers.
  9. Enjoy!
