Jerk Pork Skewers with Black Bean and Mango Salsa

Ingredients
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning:
1 teaspoons Salt
¾ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Ground cloves
1/3 cup Shredded Coconut
4 tablespoons White Sugar
3 ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
1/2 tablespoon Ground allspice
1/2 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
½ teaspoons cayenne Pepper, or to taste
3 ½ teaspoons Dried thyme, crushed
Other ingredients
Mango salsa 2 mangoes, peeled, seeded, and Chopped
½ (16 ounces) can Black beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup finely Chopped Red Onion
1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable Oil
1/2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh cilantro
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons Fresh lime Juice
1 tablespoon Honey
Directions
- Mix all Jamaican jerky seasoning in a small bowl.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 350 Degrees F (187 Degrees C) for a few Minutes.
- Use the skewers, thread pork chunks to it.
- Brush the Pork with Oil and Jerk seasoning.
- Add it to the Air Fryer basket.
- Cook it for 10 Minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145 Degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine all the mango salsa ingredients and mix.
- Serve it with skewers.
- Enjoy!
