4 organic Eggs
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
1 cup Chicken, cooked and crumbled
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 350 Degrees F (177 Degrees C) for 5 Minutes.
  2. Take a medium bowl and Whisk the Egg in it.
  3. Then add Salt and Black Pepper for flavouring.
  4. Next, add the Cheese and Chicken Pieces.
  5. Take 4 ramekins and grease them with Oil spray.
  6. Pour this Egg mixture into the ramekins and add it to the Air Fryer basket.
  7. Let it cook inside the Air Fryer for 15 Minutes at 350 Degrees F (177 Degrees C).
  8. Once cooked, Serve hot.
  9. Enjoy!
