Ingredients
2 small organic Eggs
1/3 teaspoon of Paprika Powder
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon of chives
1 Large Avocado, pitted and cut in half
Oil spray, for greasing
Directions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer at 370 Degrees F (187 Degrees C) for 5 Minutes.
  2. Cut the Avocado in half.
  3. Then, scoop the seed and some flesh from the centre to make a cavity for an Egg to sit.
  4. Crack one Egg on each hole of the Avocado.
  5. Then sprinkle Salt, Paprika, and Black Pepper on top.
  6. Add it to the already greased Air Fryer basket and put it in the unit.
  7. Cook for 5 Minutes.
  8. Once it’s done, Serve with a garnish of chives.
  9. Enjoy!
