Easy Pork Kebabs With Rice

Prep: 16 Minutes | Cook Time: 18 Minutes | Makes: 4 Servings
Ingredients
½ cup Olive Oil
2 pounds country-style pork ribs, cut into cubes
1 packet of Italian dressing and seasoning mix
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup rice, cooked
Directions
- Cut the pork into cubes and add to a zip-lock plastic bag.
- Mix the soy sauce, seasoning packet, and Olive Oil into the bag.
- Mix it well and seal the bag in the dressing.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Place the cubes on wooden skewers.
- Add it to the Air Fryer and cook for 18 Minutes at 400 Degrees F (204 Degrees C).
- Once cooked, Serve.
- Enjoy!
